The Fire Consultants, Inc. is an engineering and consulting firm whose focus is to help designers, authorities and property owners address fire protection, Building Code, and Fire Code issues in the built environment. Our services relate specifically to fire protection and hazardous material subjects. We have been known to take both an academic and experiential approach to create the best solutions for our valued clients.

Global Reach and Consultation

We have offices in the San Francisco Bay Area and in Raleigh, North Carolina, however, we take on projects anywhere our services are needed. We have experience in many metropolitan areas throughout the United States, including Anchorage, Atlanta, Boston, Charleston, Charlotte, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Honolulu, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, New Orleans, New York, Orlando, Portland, Raleigh, Sacramento, Salt Lake City, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose, Seattle, and Washington DC. Our engineers have professional engineering registration, as either fire protection engineers or mechanical engineers, in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wyoming, and Guam.

Inclusive Process

As part of our three-step process, we listen to our clients and their needs so we can understand the concerns they face, and what their success factors or pitfalls may be. We then work with them to develop a proposed approach to meet their goals, while still striving to meet the needs of the other project stakeholders. Thirdly, we work closely with our clients and other stakeholders to gain regulatory acceptance of the approach we have created as a group. We work in an assertive, yet constructive manner to achieve our client’s desired goals without alienating any stakeholders along the way.
